CIG Central Valley Insurance Agency is an independent insurance agency with a strategic relationship with the Capital Insurance Group of companies.  With offices in Visalia, CA., the agency is licensed to do business in California and considers the Central Valley of California to be its primary market area.

With a focus on personal insurance, CIG CVIA's mission is to provide comprehensive insurance protection tailored to client needs.  Products offered include auto, home, personal excess (umbrella), life and business owners insurance. 

Using an advisory approach, our process will: 

• Identify the risks and determine the individual needs of each client/prospect.
• Design a customized program of personal insurance protection. This will consder auto, home, life and other personal assets and exposures. 
• Upon agreement the plan is the best solution, we will implement the plan on behalf of the client.
• Provide ongoing "Renewal Reviews" on at least an annual basis to make sure the plan remains adequate and up to date.

Scott Bosler

Scott Bosler, PLCS, is a partner at our agency.  With a background in Christian ministry, Scott has been serving people both inside and outside of the insurance business for the past 26+ years.  As a Personal LInes Coverage Specialist, his primary objective is to discover the needs of each client and design a tailored program of personal lines protection (auto, home, umbrella insurance).
Scott is the "Endorsed Local Provider" for the Dave Ramsey "Financial Peace University" program in the Central Valley of California.  He work's closely with individuals and families in planning their personal protection needs.

Mark Jennings

Mark Jennings, Chartered Financial Consultant, is a partner at our agency.  A graduate of Fresno State University, he has over 25 years of experience in helping individuals and families with their insurance, investments, and protection needs.  Mark is a nine time qualifier with the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table, which recognizes the leading insurance and investment professionals in the industry.
Following CIG CVIA's "Personal Risk Discovery Process", Mark helps his clients identify the risks they face.  He then proproses appropriate insurance policies to fully protect personal assets at the lowest possible cost to the client.

Phil Oliver

With more than 32 years in the insurance business, Phil Oliver is the managing partner for the firm. His experience includes agency ownership, sales, management and training.
Phil's vision is to create a preeminent personal insurance agency that consistently exceeds the expectations of its policy clients. This includes the ability for clients to easily communicate with the agency in their preferred style, whether face to face, by phone, over the internet or by email.
